I wonder if we should try and start a bit of momentum across social media for a please stay Mike petition. He has in a few months restored enormous credibility. If he goes at the end of the season historical evidence suggests it won't take long for that clown Millward to undo all the good he has done in such a short period.

Just asked... There are indeed rumours of a ‘high quality’ NWQ 10. Ian Madigan‘s name popped up and Jonno Lance. A directors business are behind the extra funding.
Parry talking to Blues and us. Baker being released unless on a pay as you play deal can be made.
No plans to release the rest, though id imagine DL would be on heavily discounted terms if he does agree to stay.
Paul who? I hope he’s correct, but I’ve been told there’s no money in the pot. Bonkers considering Hook retires too. Possibly MP would be utilised there?
Please can player specific chat go in the Player thread, please.
I’m told Fia is staying.
Six figures are a lot of figures for a bagman... Nicky Thomas coming back in on pennies to replace Gaijon btw. Gardener deemed not good enough.
It was a direct quote. So if he’s not blindly loyal to a man he knows is so incompetent that he has to employ or appoint others to do said MD’s job... Why hasn’t he sacked him?
But he still keeps Millward on..... Believes he’s the best MD/CEO in welsh rugby.
Rob Davies is blindly loyal to Millward, old boys champers club. Rees was £38k, Palfrey rumoured to be £72k, not sure about Whapham, Griffiths or Millward but I do know Whapham wrote his own job spec, salary and stepped into the role unopposed, with little or no business/marketing experience. I’m also led to believe Whapham is doing the work of Millward, Griffiths and his own dept So he’s at least earning his crust while the other two charlatans steal a living.
six months experience of running a pub to MD of a company with a £11m turnover via some academy work. Baffling.
Palfrey also asked for £100k extra on the marketing wage budget. He’s gone now, yes. Ian Morgan will be doing the graft on appointing a new head of service. Media also had to pay out for another illegal termination/redundancy. at least two NDA’s were paid into those also. though for legal reasons neither could confirm nor deny that haha.
We needed to be a lot braver with releases and recruitment. We haven’t and that’s another reason why Millward and Griffiths shouldn’t be in the stadium without a paid for ticket. (Heard it’s the Primary reason Herring wouldn’t sign - Those two)
We simply don’t have the cash. Joe Thomas was another target we tried to bring home but there was no budget for. We’re down £500k+ from Palfreys rather unproductive time as Head of Commercial. (Ian Morgan is recruiting for this role himself)
Also we lose Prem Club next season. Another massive blow as the Swans have told us to go our own way. Protecht will continue as sponsor on what I see as a minus £80k deal (two of our directors pay £80k between them as Protecht stakeholders) £80k would pay for two Joe Thomas’ if invested into the squad rather than the shirt front to save our blushes. (We have Protecht because Palfrey couldn’t find a sponsor in his two year tenure)
However, I hear Morgan and Revel are stepping up their input in the region and along with Ruddock, are driving change forward. I can only hope this ends with Millward and Griffiths moved to ball boy and chief mascot.
Ruddock staying for next season, where booth will step up to DOR.
Rhys Davies of Bath will complete our recruitment drive.
He is, for next season at least.
