After that stunning comeback win against the self-styled best region in Wales, the Ospreys must now prepare for another must win game and their third Welsh derby as they entertain the Dragons on Sunday.
Nothing less than a try bonus point will suffice as the Ospreys look to top the Welsh Shield and qualify for the HCC and I think that the matchday 23 will be virtually the same unless Mat Protheroe fails to come through the HIA Concussion protocols. If that does happen, I suspect that we will see either Collins or Anscombe at 15 and that could see North start at 13 with Myler at 10. I have underlined the same starters as last time out.

Thanks guys, back for Bulls , 🤞
Sounds like Cuthbert and Webb had precautionary withdrawals.
I think RMW might have hurt himself.
You can give teams like the Dragons and Scarlets with vitrtually non existent defences a head start. You can't do that with the better teams.
It’s a cliche, I know, but we just have to stop giving teams head starts.
Job done. Let’s make our restart and defensive improvements and beat the Bulls with our best game of the season.
Where is Keiran Williams, injured?
Some commentary guys Only plain score on BBC website ( out of country ! )
Come on boys, this would be a great time to make a statement.
Not that its the be all and end all of the Welsh Shield ( which I admit to being completely oblivious to until a few weeks back), when teams are tied on points, what the next deciding factor etc, tried looking on URC website and could find nothing.
Bit concerned at 23 but obviously Nagy and Protheroe injured at least no Dan Evans
Here is the team....
15. Michael Collins
14. Alex Cuthbert
13. George North
12. Owen Watkin
11. Keelan Giles
10. Gareth Anscombe
9. Rhys Webb ©
1.Nicky Smith
2. Dewi Lake
3. Tomas Francis
4. Adam Beard
5. Alun Wyn Jones
6. Will Griffiths
7. Jac Morgan
8.Morgan Morris
16. Sam Parry
17. Gareth Thomas
18. Tom Botha
19. Bradley Davies
20. Dan Lydiate
21. Reuben Morgan Williams
22. Stephen Myler
23. Luke Morgan
Is there any chance that Nagy could be available for this game? If he is I would start Collins at 15 with Nagy on the bench, otherwise as a couple have said Keiran is an excellent impact sub and he could be our 23. I'd start with the same pack and subs there.
I would be tempted to start Lydiate and Roots over Griffiths and Morris. The latter is better as a brilliant impact sub. The only other issue is bench back up if Protheroe is out. I think Hawkins may be done for the season after the under 20 coaches played him on a dodgy knee. It would seem to be between Kieran W and TTW. The former is best used as an impact sub so would lean to him
I’d look to have mostly continuity because we’ve had so little in the past few years. I know the Sharks game blew up in our face when we didn’t rotate but that was because we went six day to six day turnaround whereas we’ve got 7 to 8.
I‘d start with Collins at FB, Cuthbert and Giles on the wing, North and Watkin as centres, Anscombe and Webb half backs.
I‘d have the same tight five, and I’d rotate Will G and Morris out of the start and play Lydiate and Roots to rough their pack up. I’d have Morris on the bench for impact.
Joining him would be the same 16-19 as the weekend, with RMW, Myler and Keiran Williams on the bench.
