After a superb effort from a young Ospreys squad last time out at Benetton, attention now turns to the Challenge Cup as we welcome Benetton to Swansea. The result from the away URC game is bound to leave a bitter taste in the mouths of the Ospreys squad so the rested players will be keen to right the wrong of the cruel defeat that also saw injuries to Dan Edwards (failed HIA) and Max Nagy (probable broken ankle).
Booth has previously said we are better suited to Cup rugby so I fully expect all of the rested players to be selected for this match.

I thought we were playing Perpingion?
Sorry not Lyon, the Lions, senility attacking again
Was sorry to see that the 2 teams we have to play away in this competition Montpellier and Lyon won their games today, could have done with one preferably Montpellier losing. At least Perpignan losing should make it easier for us in our 2nd home game.
tonight was the first time I've managed to get up from Cornwall or a match this season. Horrible to see the ground so empty and so few people seeing a good win
Ps ,was there a TMO tonight, it looked like there was a foot on the touch line for one of their try's and Botha seemed to take a high shot and they didn't even look at either.
That was a very stressful 40 point win, when we got close to their line they couldn't cope with us, RMW slows our game down the replacement scrum half definitely speeded our ruck speed up. Glad we didn't allow them a losing bonus point at the end. We can play well when we go for it, it was good to see.
We'd be really good if we had a decent 9 and set of backs. Never the less, can't complain with the effort and dog, giving us a great win.

Yeah he's in their euro squad.
The weather is set to be cold and wet.
Here's hoping we smash them.
Is the Irish No8 up and about now, or has he gone as well?
If there was any chance I would keep the hooker and the wing, haven't seen enough of the scrum half for an opinion. I thought we would get thumped yesterday, was very please with the performance of the younger players Fender and Davies , Deaves was everywhere would like to have seen more of the young 10 he looked good for the under 20s seems to have something about him. I don't know what has gone wrong with OW place kicking it is woeful, he used to be so dependable from the tee, hope is accuracy returns. I hope we tonk them next week.
Giles is back in full contact training
I think the Cheetah players loans ended today. Does anybody know what the injury issue is with Giles and Fricker?
