Fiddler given Paul's news posting I will indeed renew my wife and my season and probably no only impose on my London based sons hospitality , but also take him and my grandson ( a ten year old Arsnal supporter ) to Lions match
Do you know whether the existing clubhouse will be used. It has a great high view 0f the pitch if turned diagonally to follow the bank looking over the bank even if it were covered by a canopy and has reasonable potential for hospitality.
This is the list of Home games for the 23/24 Season

So for the 23/24 Season we have 9 guaranteed games at the Swansea . com Stadium, 1 friendly, 2 ERC and 6 URC games, we then have 3 games and according to all reports I've read we'll be playing the Sharks on a Friday night with KO time of 19.35, if this is correct neither myself or my Brother in Law will be attending, it will be too late to travel back and can't warrant paying for an hotel overnight, the only game that I could envisage attending in London would be the 15.05 match against the Lions. The last match we attended at the Gnoll my BIL fell near the entrance to the Cricket ground, so the Sharks game unfortunately would be out of the question there for us. The Cardiff game I would think is too big for the Brewery Field on that date, especially with a 15.00 KO.
I really don't think this is a very well thought out plan for those 3 matches especially for people with mobility issues.
Paul really thanks for that, I've just spoken to my BIL and things do sound very optimistic, hopefully things should fall into place in the next week or so, I shall be talking to my contact on probably Thursday, I would think if things go right we should sign up next week
From my reading of the St Helen's plans they intend to demolish the existing stand otherwise it would be at an angle to just one half of the pitch and the town end would be 30 yards away from the halfway flags. They also seem to intend covering the bank but leaving it as terracing thus limiting capacity to below 10,000 if not 5,000. Have you any idea whether SCC intends to continue their plans to build on the Rec thus losing the car parking?
I won't be buying a season ticket myself because of my mobility issues but I wish them well. Let's hope they sell a lot to the younger age group because I, for one, got used to the excellent facilities at Swansea.Com.
Glad to hear that someone gave Scarletnut a hard time, he has earned it. Welcome Mark Jones.

Present regulations are such that you will have no mobility issues in a new stadium , far from it things have moved on since the "Liberty" was built
