Well that lays down a marker with Dragons A beating Scarlets A by 73 points to 21, leading 33 nil at half time. O's can put out a strong team if they include injury returnees so it will be interesting to see how Toby plays it. He may just step aside and let Mark, Duncan and Fuss run the game and selection as it is supposed to be a "Development Squad" and they are next season's coaches.

Further to this game Tom Florence has cracked a rib which should take about a month to heal, and then a couple of weeks to strengthen, unluckily for him Connor Moyse popped a shoulder and is due to have an operation very soon which will keep him out for months apparently, not sure how long our selected hookers will be out for I know Lewis Lloyd had a dead leg which forced him out, but that shouldn't keep him out too long.
Our general back play is still awful something needs to change there. Forwards ok backs not so much, Ieuan Cornelius looks ok something about him.
Finishes 17-38
12-31 Dragons with about 15 minutes left to play.
Not really bothered about the score - just hope our returning players come through unscathed.
5-12 to the Dragons at half time.
WOW - how good is it to see James Fender and Will Griffiths in the starting team and the-man-the-myth-the-legend that is Rhys Henry on the bench?
That is not a bad run on team actually.
Why is this match not covered by the season ticket?
The membership have had to travel all around the region - this match should be free to season members.
Where have these games appeared from? And what is the idea behind them? Are they step up games or just run outs while the Autumn series is on????
