Recent events with Mike Ruddock steering the ship appear to be getting supporters excited. At least the ones I speak to in Neath are. Bringing players in who are likely to go straight in to first choice side should transform the side from what we have seen this season. Also a new coach who Ruddock thinks will do a job. Rumours of a high level No8 have just started circulating. If true that could be close to the last piece in a competitive jigsaw. What do you think Fiddler etc. ?

Do tell, don’t keep it to yourself.
There is no doubt I would back the rugby knowledge of Ruddock over Millward and Booth over Clarke. We seem to be grasping the obvious flaws in our squad of undersized locks and no full back cover. The other gaping issues are too many 6's and not enough 8/7's and no credible 10 back up. They will not be easy to fill as the limited options that exist may not come through.
But in answer to your question Yes these guys can hopefully rebuild fan trust and enthusiasm which up until Ruddock's arrival had been destroyed by seriously incompetent management.
Have to say I thought GE had an outstanding game against Ulster, best no8 performance I have seen with us in defence and attack for a while.
The 8 is 50/50 but talking to Booth, his club are open to him leaving If an agreement can be reached. Baker might still make a PPG contract if his performances are consistently high in training and any game we may have, with Morgan Morris also there, it could see Gareth Evans covet 7 (did so at Gloucs)
